Booking & availability at April Cottage Bacton

Can I check availability online?

Yes. Live availability and pricing are shown in our online booking calendar. Simply choose your dates to see what’s available and the total price for your stay.

What is the minimum stay?

The minimum stay is usually 3 nights. Shorter stays may occasionally be available during quieter periods or short gaps.

When do I need to pay?

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. For bookings made within 6 weeks, full payment is required at the time of booking.

How do I book?

You can book directly through our website using the secure online booking system. Payments are processed safely via Stripe.

Dogs & guests

Is April Cottage dog-friendly?

Yes — April Cottage is fully dog-friendly. There are no dog restrictions, and the garden is fully enclosed for peace of mind.

How many dogs can I bring?

Well-behaved dogs are welcome.If you have any concerns, please contact us.

How many people can stay?

April Cottage sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably across 3 bedrooms.

Check-in & practical details

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure.

Is parking available?

Yes. Private parking is available at the cottage for up to 4 cars.

What’s included in the stay?

The cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, towels, beach towels and dog towels. A travel cot and high chair are available on request.

Is the cottage in a quiet area?

Yes. April Cottage is located in a quiet residential area, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of neighbours, especially in the evenings.
